I purchased a new area rug for my dining room and 2 days later my dog decided to stain it.
I called 2 companies prior to calling Teddy Bear, neither company was helpful and willing to address the stain promptly.
I then called Teddy Bear and Paul promptly answered, he was available to come that day, he did the trick and got the puppy stain out.
Paul had to come out the next day for another spot, then when my dog did it the third time on the weekend where Paul was out of town, Paul told me how to treat it to help the stain not set then came out that Monday to clean it up and scotch guard my rugs and chairs.
I highly recommend Teddy Bear as Paul is caring and knows what he is doing, he is very honest and you get the fast personal service you just don't get anymore with other companies.
